This weekend was just….
Str8 up ugh. And I don’t know why..i advanced to the second of the street fighter tournament and the round matches was this past Saturday. I had to work early as hell so as soon as I got there I just went to sleep. Work gets really boring when you aint doing nothing. But after all I got me a new laptop so I figure I mess around with it to keep me awake. My manager just so happened to pop up I guess to “check” on me…I called off work Friday due to my shoulder giving me hell. I went to the chiropractor on Friday so they can look at my shoulder . they took x-rays and all that other stuff…I left there more fucked up than I was! I guess its because they were seeing whats going on with me. But anywho I gave my manager my doctor’s note and kept it moving.
After I got off work Saturday I head up to the gamestop location where I was told to go. And as always before any competition event I always get nervous and I honesty don’t know why. So while I was diving I was listening to Andre 3000 and the song was called “makes no sense at all” that’s my official nervous theme for me for now on. I told kamal what song I was listening to and he busted out laughing.
I get to the gamestop and I attempted to do some practice drills on the 360 (because that’s the system the tournament was on. As I kept playing more people started showing up for the tournament so I stopped playing. My boy who beat me in the round 1 finals came and he was ready. The way they had the tournament setup was completely wack. It was only 10 people who showed up. But that’s no excuse how I played…I ended up playing second. Here is how I did…

I played nervous…I kept letting him cross me up with the same move A LOT when I should have been aware of what was going on. So I lost…three str8 matches. However my boy (who is pretty good with balrog) ended up winning it all again and now he is going to ohio to compete.(good l uck bro if you reading this)
It was fun being up there though because my highschool friends was up there and we started kickin it foolin around on the ps3..chilled up there for about an hour until everybody dipped…I ended up buying me that official street fighter IV arcade stick (I want the tournament edition though!!!!) I went home and rendered the videos and so far uploaded three of them (I’ll do the rest later)
I get home and open up that arcade stick and honesty I am impressed! Its not like my hori fighting stick its WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. I played my boy kamal for a couple of rounds and then I hopped off to practice somemore. I notice when I was playing I played better with guile on the arcade stick. I ended up playing that jerk who like to talk trash again. Ended up whoopin his ass with guile and saget…I see he does not do well agaist saget so looks like ima be practicing with him now just for him ;)
After the game was tied I left to go practice somemore but ended up getting bored because I didn’t have my stragy guide because I let my co-worker see it. So I ended up cleaning my junky ass room for one in my life lol.
Cleaned my room until Stacey came thru and just chilled…she wanted to se me play street fighter on my arcade stick so I played my old co-worker…SMASHED his ass 5-1 the only way he got one win is because he picked gief..(I hate that jerk) after I beat him with saget (lol) I just hopped off and watched Stacey play guitar hero..she wanted me to play but I declined due to my shoulder is gonna be hurting. So I just watched her play…after that it was sleep time for me because I had to work tomorrow.
We gets in my room and she finally saw all my shoes…Do u know she wanted me to let her have (as in keep to herself) one pair of my shoes?!?!?!?! Even though she was joking (I hope so lol) I still said no lol. She damn near went through all my shoes to see which pair she though she was gonna get lol…after she got done looking at them I asked her to re-arrage them while she was at it LOL. After that we went to sleep.
Sunday was wack—went to work and it was boring…I mean BORING facebook got boring and even boxden got boring for once lol. After work I got a tect from Stacey to see if I wanted to come thru so I did…
So looks like today I get to see my chiropractor. Look like they are gonna go over some other stuff to see whats wrong with my shoulder,knee,and my back…So looks like ima bout to be like DWADE….OUT FOR THE SEASOn
